Mindful Moments Basics for Educators
This hour-long workshop introduces educators to the latest research on the impact of mindfulness and mindful movement in learning environments. Educators will be led through basic exercises to apply immediately in their learning environments that include breathing strategies, yoga-inspired movement and other mindfulness techniques.
Mindful Moments Morning for Educators
In the course of two hours, educators will explore the impact of mindfulness and mindful movement on learners and learning environments. Attendees will be invited to experience restorative practices that are centered on self-care and mindful breathing. While the educator's well-being is at the heart of this workshop, techniques for translating these practices to young learners will be introduced and practiced.
Mindful Moments Introduction for Students
Bring a mindful moments experience to your learners for one hour. Students will be guided through the ways in which they can gain agency over their breath, mindset and emotions through mindfulness and mindful movement. The hour will be customized for the learners after a brief interview with the lead educator. Available for pre-kindergarten classes through high school levels.
Mindful Moments Series for Students
This series creates a regularly scheduled visit (weekly, biweekly, monthly) to assist learners in mastering key mindfulness and mindful movement concepts. Regular practice in a learning community over time will be designed to support and assist in cultivating a culture that honors mindfulness habits. Video-based visits available.
Mindful Moments Series for Educators
