Robin has over sixteen years of experience as a classroom teacher and school library media specialist in urban and rural schools. She completed her RYT® 200 hour yoga teacher certification through the Breathe for Change program in Madison, Wisconsin. Robin believes that mindfulness and mindful movement have the power to impact our physical, mental, emotional and social well being and to help us take better care of ourselves, each other, our communities and the world. Robin developed Mindful Moments programs inspired by these ideas and her experiences in building cultures of positivity in learning environments .
